At Aviva Wholesale Florida, we strive to ensure your fashion business is stocked with quality apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached before initiating a return.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package to our Florida warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
